Silan Glazed Sweet Potato and Onion Tart
1 bag thin green beans
Toasted sesame seeds
3 heaping tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
Almonds, finely crushed (not roasted or blanched)
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt, ground black pepper
- Cook the string beans according to the package instructions.
- Heat up the olive oil in a deep pan. Add the string beans and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add the silan and toasted sesame and continue stir-frying for about 3 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and transfer to a deep serving dish. Sprinkle the crushed almonds on top.
