4 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
Goat cheese (Sainte Maure or any other favorite)
A pinch of thyme leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
Cut a cross into each fig so that it can be opened like flower petals.
Combine goat cheese, olive oil, pecans and thyme and stuff into the figs.
Drizzle the silan over each stuffed fig.
You can garnish with sesame seeds or black cumin. Bake at medium heat for about 15 minutes.
