1 package of noodles
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
6 tbsp oil
5 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
For seasoning: salt, pepper, soy sauce
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and heat oil in a wok.
- Beat the eggs and pour them into the oil until cooked.
- Add the noodles and vegetables and stir a few times.
- Season, add the silan, and serve warm.
