1 cup sugar
1 cup Kinneret Farm silan
1 level tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 cup unsweetened coffee or tea, lukewarm
3 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, in the order listed.
- Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured baking pan (2 loaf pans or a bundt pan).
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread Kinneret Farm silan over the top.
- Sprinkle slivered blanched almonds.
