Green Salad in Garlic and Silan Dressing

Ingredients:
Lettuce leaves, washed
Medjool dates, pitted and sliced into wedges
Bean sprouts
Red and yellow peppers, roasted
Whole champignon mushrooms, fried
Almonds, roasted
Tortilla, cut into strips and fried
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Kinneret Farm Spicy silan
Salt
Preparation:
- Put the washed lettuce leaves into a bowl.
- Add the antipasti (the roasted peppers and fried mushrooms).
- Add the bean sprouts, dates and roasted almonds.
- Season with olive oil, lemon juice, Sweet & Spicy silan, and salt.
- Mix and serve in a large serving bowl, topped with fried tortilla strips.
