Kinneret Farm Sweet & Spicy silan
- Grate the beet, carrot and kohlrabi in a food processor or using a hand grater, and transfer to a bowl.
- Chop the mint and the dates and add them to the bowl.
- Season with olive oil, lemon juice, Sweet & Spicy silan and a little salt.
- Mix and serve with roasted almonds and alfalfa sprouts sprinkled on top.
