3-4 medium beets
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
3-4 heaping tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
- Halve each beet and cut each half into 1/2 cm slices. Put them in a disposable aluminum pan.
- Mix all sauce ingredients, pour onto the beets and mix. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. After 20 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and turn over the beets to the other side. Tilt the pan so that the sauce gathers in a corner of the pan. Use a spoon to scoop up the sauce and baste the beets.
Comes out delicious!
