A simple and tasty recipe that only takes 5 minutes.
The important thing is to use high quality fish.
I prefer to buy it sliced into large pieces.
1 kg sliced fish
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinate the Fish:
Combine all ingredients and place in the refrigerator for at least a few hours
- Line a baking pan with 2 large sliced onions. Place the fish over the onions and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil.
Bake until the fish has a light golden color.
