This is one of my personal favorites: a delicious sweet dessert made from the perfect combination of tahini and silan. It can be prepared as a roll or as balls, but either way, I highly recommend doubling the recipe!
Makes 10 balls or one roll.
In a bowl:
1/2 cup Kinneret Farm silan
2 tbsp raw tahini
1-2 tbsp cocoa or carob powder
- Mix the ingredients. Add one or more of the following: granola, rice crispies, cornflakes, tea biscuits, etc.
- After tasting, feel free to add: raisins, walnuts, coconut, dried fruit, etc.
- Shape the mixture into balls or one roll and coat in coconut shavings. Store in the refrigerator.
