Spring Chicken and Sweet Potato Hamantaschen

Ingredients:
Any fresh seasonal fruits
Whipped cream (dairy or non-dairy)
Kinneret Farm date halva spread
Lemon
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Cut the lemon lengthwise and lay it on baking paper. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and put it into an oven that has been preheated to 220°C. Bake for 10 minutes or until the lemon begins to caramelize.
- Cut the fruit into cubes and place them in a wine glass.
- Transfer the whipped cream to a pastry bag and layer it over the fruit.
- Pour the date halva spread over the whipped cream and place the lemon standing up on top.
