1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
4 large ripe bananas
4 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup nuts or chocolate chips
- Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in two separate bowls. Whisk the wet ingredients thoroughly so that the cake will be light and fluffy.
- Add a third of the dry ingredients at a time into the wet mixture and mix well. After all the dry ingredients are mixed, add the nuts or chocolate chips.
- Grease a loaf pan and bake at medium heat.
(With the sweetness of the bananas and the silan, there’s no need for sugar.)
