You won’t be able to imagine the magical creaminess until you’ve tasted it. The combination of frozen banana and silan makes a delicious ice cream substitute that is easy to make and doesn’t require an ice cream machine.
Makes 4 servings.
6 frozen bananas, sliced
100 g (5-6 tbsp) Kinneret Farm natural silan
- Mash the bananas and silan in a food processor or blender (strong enough to crush ice) for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture takes on the texture of ice cream.
- If you would like, add nuts towards the end of the process. Do not prepare in advance and freeze, because the texture will not stay the same.
- Spread the garnish (optional) and serve.
