There’s nothing like waking up on a Saturday morning to hot pancakes alongside your coffee. This recipe can make a simple, basic pancake or can be easily enhanced for something a little more special. I like to add bananas and silan.
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 tsp oil
2-3 ripe bananas

Butter for frying
- Combine the dry ingredients and then add the eggs, milk and oil.
- Thinly slice the bananas and add to the batter.
- Warm a small amount of butter in the pan and when the pan is hot, start frying the pancakes.
- Serve the hot pancakes with silan on top, and enjoy!
