This is a simple recipe that has been tried and tested with great success.
1 kg spring chicken pieces
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
2 tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce or red wine
1 garlic clove, crushed
Simply mix together all of the sauce ingredients and then mix them with the chicken pieces. Let it marinate for about 2 hours and then grill the meat.
Serve with a salad of baby leaves and arugula in a dressing of balsamic vinegar, silan, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
