Your preferred chicken pieces: wings, quarters, legs
2 peel-on butternut squashes, quartered lengthwise and then sliced into strips
Whole garlic cloves and 6 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
- Mix all ingredients and place on a tray covered with baking paper
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put into the oven at 200°C until you start hearing the hissing sound of roasting.
- After 45 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and continue cooking until the ingredients start to caramelize and begin to turn the color you like.
The butternut squash comes out tasting like heaven, along with the excellent chicken.
