A fast and tasty recipe for tender and golden spring chicken with onion jam.
1 tray of spring chicken pieces (10-12)
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
2 tbsp olive oil
Slice the onions into rings and fry covered on low heat in a little oil, stirring periodically. Add the soy sauce and silan and continue stirring. Rinse the spring chicken pieces well and add them to the pot, then cook for another 2 1/2-3 hours. Mix well periodically or give the pot a shake.
