Chicken Liver and Potatoes
Frozen green peas
Chicken breast, cut into strips
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
2 cups cooked quinoa
- Heat oil in a wok and add the onion and chicken. Fry for 2-3 minutes before adding wine.
- In a separate pot, cook the quinoa in water according to the package instructions.
- Add all the remaining ingredients (except the silan and the soy sauce) to the wok and continue stir frying.
- When the quinoa is prepared, transfer it to the wok and add the silan and soy sauce. Stir fry briefly and serve.
