Chicken Liver and Potatoes

Makes 10 servings
Filling Ingredients:
100 g dried apricots
100 g dry dates
100 g walnuts, crushed
50 g Kinneret Farm silan
200 g chicken breast, finely ground or blended in a food processor
For seasoning: salt and white pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 liter brown sauce (make from chili sauce powder)
100 g green and red pepper
100 g (3 heaping tbsp) Kinneret Farm silan
For seasoning: chili
Preparation:
- Mix all the filling ingredients well.
- Use a pastry bag to stuff the thighs with the filling.
- Roast the drumsticks and thighs in the oven with a little oil until browned, and then on medium heat for an additional 30 minutes
- Spread the chicken pieces over a plate of the heated sauce.
(Recommended to be served with mashed potatoes)
