1 1/2 kg chicken breast, thinly sliced
1/2 liter beef stock (can be made with gravy powder)
4 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
For seasoning: chili, salt, ground pepper
- Skewer the chicken breast.
- Grill the skewers over a charcoal grill or in the oven.
- Add the silan and seasonings to the beef stock.
- Pour the sauce over the skewers.
