Chicken Liver and Potatoes

A recipe I invented that came out really well! It’s also really easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
A bit of high quality olive oil
6 chicken quarters, including thighs and legs
1/2 cup Kinneret Farm silan (or add more, depending on your preference)
1/2 cup pomegranate concentrate
2 onions, coarsely chopped
3 garlic cloves, diced
Black pepper
3 tbsp onion powder
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook without water.
- Start on high heat. After a short time, the chicken and other ingredients will begin to release juices which will cook the chicken.
- Lower the heat and continue until completely cooked (about 40 minutes).
