500 g chicken breast, cut into strips (or cubed)
2 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
Spices: turmeric, cumin, curry powder, hot paprika
• Marinate the chicken strips in a mixture of all the ingredients except the scallions. The more time spent in the marinade, the stronger the flavor will be.
• Stir-fry in a pan and then add the scallions.
• Serve on a bed of white rice – delicious!
