3 chicken breasts, cubed
6 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp paprika
Ground black pepper
- Squeeze half the orange and lemon, and mix the juice with the chili sauce and half of the silan. Marinate the chicken in the mixture overnight, or for at least a few hours.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour, making sure to shake off any extra flour. Fry the chicken on both sides until it is golden and then transfer it to paper towels.
- Squeeze the juice from the remaining halves of the orange and lemon and mix with the paprika and the rest of the silan.
- Lightly clean the pan and return the chicken pieces. Pour in the sauce mixture, and toss until all the chicken pieces are well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
