One day in advance, marinate 1/2 kg of premium beef cubes (goulash meat).
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Kinneret Farm silan
Salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg
1 large onion, diced
5 potatoes, quartered
1 eggplant, cubed
3 bell peppers, in different colors
After meat has been marinating for one day, fry onions until they are transparent and then add remaining vegetables. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until soft and then add meat with marinade. If stew is too thick, add a small amount of water.
