1 1/2 kg oven roasted beef (#5)
5 malawach sheets, halved
120 g dry dates, pitted and cut into strips
1/2 liter chili sauce (from chili sauce powder)
130 g Kinneret Farm silan
150 g fresh mushrooms, halved
- Place dates in the middle of half a malawach sheet and fold like an envelope.
- Fry in a pan with a little oil.
- Slice the roast beef and lay it over the malawach.
- Pour the sauce over the roast beef slices
