2 packages filo dough
1/2 cup Kinneret Farm silan
1/2 cup raw tahini
1/2 kg beef
1/2 kg lamb
1 small onion, sliced into rings
1/2 cup Hawaij spice mixture for soup
- Fry the meat and the onion in a little oil, then add the silan, tahini and Hawaij.
- Arrange 10 sheets of filo dough in a baking tray.
- Spread the meat over the dough and cover with another 7 sheets.
- Bake at high heat for 40 minutes.
