Serving Options: Individual portions, or one central serving dish
1/2 kilo ground beef
3 sweet potatoes
2 onions, diced
1 tbsp Kinneret Farm silan
1 level tbsp paprika
1 tsp BBQ chicken spice mix
Ground black pepper
- Boil water, add the potatoes and sweet potatoes and cook until soft.
- Fry the onions and then remove half of the onions to a separate bowl. Add the meat to the pan with the remaining onions, crumble and fry it. When the color changes to grey, add the silan and season with paprika and BBQ chicken spice mix.
- Mash the soft potatoes and sweet potatoes and add them to the onions in the bowl. Season with soup mix and ground pepper. Everything’s ready, now all you have to do is arrange it on a plate.
For Individual Servings:
Spoon 3 tbsp of mashed potatoes onto each plate and flatten to an even level. Spread 2-3 tbsp of meat on top.
For a Central Serving Dish:
Spoon the mashed potatoes onto a serving dish and flatten to an even level. Spread the meat on top.
